If working in a mission driven organization supporting highly competent, hard-working, thoughtful clinicians who value good ideas and are passionate about reshaping healthcare excites you, then we are thrilled to welcome you to your new career.About Your WorkUnder general supervision of Practice Operation Supervisor, the Receptionist role is responsible for providing a welcoming, professional greeting to patients and other visitors to the practice and performing administrative functions that contribute to keeping the medical practice running efficiently.You will focus on:
  • Greets and registers patients for their appointment; provides the necessary paperwork, confirms and/or updates insurance coverage and patient demographic information
  • Collects patient balances and co-pays, appropriately tracks and records all payments collected and assists patients with their benefits questions
  • Supports incoming calls and other office correspondence, including scheduling and confirming appointments, triaging calls for clinical team
The Skills, Experience & Education You Bring
  • High School Diploma or GE
  • EMR - EPIC experience
  • Level 1 has 2+ years of experience, Level 2 has 4+ years experience
