Medical Receptionist - US Main : Job Details

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Medical Receptionist (bilingual in Chinese/English) to join our practice in lower manhattan.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Welcoming and checking in patients with a warm and friendly demeanorScheduling appointmentsPerform insurance verification and assist patients with insurance-related inquiriesAnswer phone calls and calling patients to remind them of their appointmentsWorking with the technicians to ensure a smooth work flowQualifications:Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsFamiliarity with insurance verification processesExcellent social skills and a positive attitudeAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of medical terminologyBilingual Fluency in Chinese/English
