Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished Receptionist.

Position: Receptionist (Job Id – 2763418)

Location: Los Angeles CA 90044

Duration: 5 Months + Possible Extension

• Experience: Preferred medical knowledge (Administrative Health) but not required.
• Job Description: Answer phones to all incoming
• Faculty Practice Group calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a professional atmosphere and attitude at the receptions desk.
• Signing for packages delivered, validating visitors, and issuing parking passes.
• Assesses inventory and restocks front desk supplies. Maintains outlook inbox and scheduling for all FPG administrative conference room and training room calendars as well as restocks on site conference room cabinets when needed.
• Assist with Health Information Team by logging and receiving Billing Request.
• Logs all incoming live checks for processing by cashiering team.
