  • Organize, update, and maintain accurate and compliant medical records for all residents.
  • Ensure all documentation meets state, federal, and organizational regulations.
  • Process and manage requests for medical records from residents, families, and external parties.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure timely documentation of care and services.
Central Supply Management
  • Oversee the procurement, inventory, and distribution of medical and non-medical supplies.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to support facility operations without overstocking.
  • Establish relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective supply delivery.
  • Monitor supply usage trends and implement cost-saving strategies where appropriate.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Experience in medical records management and/or central supply management, ideally in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and inventory management practices.
  • Proficiency in healthcare software and inventory management systems.
