Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Medical Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, administrative support and scheduling capabilities that meet company goals. Must be able to speak, write and understand Spanish fluently.Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage and monitor schedule of several providers across multiple locations
• Ensuring the schedule of the providers has ample patients to meet goals
• Enter data and patient information into E-Clinical Works EMR
• Frequent communication with patients (Inbound and outbound)
• Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments as needed while finding the best alternatives for all involved
• Collaborate with all departments to effectively communicate regarding patient flow, anticipating backlogs and proactively problem-solving
• Completing tasks with a positive and energetic attitude
• Provide an enthusiastic approach to customer service and patient relationships
• Other duties as assigned

Pay: $40,000-50,000 AnnualBenefits:

Qualifications and experience:

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Organization and Attention to Detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to establish strong working relationships with patients and staff
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and be familiar with HIPAA laws and regulations
• Experience with E-Clinical Works: 1 year (Required)
• Experience scheduling for multiple medical providers: 3 years (Required)
• Supervisor experience: 2 years (Required)
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
• Ability to reliably commute to our office 5 days a week (Required)
• Marketing and sales experience (Preferred)
