About the Role:

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical Telemetry team. As a Travel Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients, including those with stroke and other acute conditions
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and assist with procedures
• Collaborate with the virtual RN to ensure optimal patient care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Maintain a safe and clean patient environment
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of [State]
• 2+ years of recent medical-surgical experience preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR a plus
• Strong clinical skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
