Job Description

Join our team as a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse and make a positive impact on patient care. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to provide compassionate care to patients in our 27-bed unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical-surgical and telemetry nursing care to patients
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and administer medications
• Monitor patient vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and other clinical data
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize EPIC charting for documentation
• Operate specialized equipment, such as Alaris Pumps

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience
• Current New York State Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Flexibility to float between WMC and BGH campuses as needed
