We currently have a full time Medication Aide position. We provide on the job training. Hourly pay 16.00 to 17.50 per hour

This position is a full time position

Administer routine medications to resident in accordance with state regulations under the supervision of Medication Supervisor.

Responsibilities include:

Dispense all prescribed medication as ordered by the physician. Maintain an accurate Medication Administration Record.

Count and maintain accurate medication records, including controlled substance medications.

Inform Administration of any change in a resident's condition.

Follow up with pharmacy to ensure in proper and expedited delivery of all medication

Encourage socialization among residents. Enthusiastically promote activities and encourage resident participation.

Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of the residents. Document information pertaining to changes in residents' functional status, personal needs, appointments, etc.

Report concerns about residents to Administration.
