We have a strong reputation and extensive network of customer relationships and have consistently provided new, cutting-edge product innovations.Job Details:As a Prism Electric Industrial Electrician, you will operate in a wide variety of environments troubleshooting, making repairs, and performing both small and large electrical installations. Our primary customer base consists of Manufacturing and Light Industrial. You will be expected to be highly knowledgeable of your trade, provide excellent customer service, be self-motivated, quality focused, and to operate safely and efficiently in the field with a minimum of immediate supervision.Responsibilities:

• Safety
• NEC Requirements
• Provide customer service when in client facing situations.
• Trouble shooting a wide variety of industrial and manufacturing systems.
• Trouble shooting and installation of motor control systems.
• Manufacturing / Light Industrial installations including UPS.
• Generator installations
• Medium Voltage (5KV to 25KV) installations, terminations, testing (HiPot)
• Ability to manage small crew.
• PCL troubleshooting and programing.

Requirements:

• State of Texas Master or Journeyman Electrician license
• Texas Driver's license and a clean driving record. Holder of a Texas CDL not required but considered a plus.
• All candidates must be able to pass drug testing and national minimum 10-year background check.
• Potential candidates are required to have a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Certified thermographer - not required but a plus.
• MM Fiber and / or Cat 5 - Cat 6 cabling troubleshooting, installation, and testing - not required but considered a plus.

This job requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, rain. Wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses, vest, and gloves always), respirator when required. Able to work 8 -10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and overtime as required and night shifts. Includes crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching, able to routinely lift heavy objects more than 50 pounds and pushing and pulling of objects is required. Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers.
