Revee is a highly rated Medspa in Richmond, Virginia that provides a full range of aesthetic services including chemical peels, facials, Botox, dermal fillers, laser skin rejuvenation and Coolsculpting.

We are looking for a dynamic, incredibly friendly and bright individual with sales and customer service experience to join our family as a Guest Relations Team Member.

Our team wears many hats, including a lot of patient facing duties. A background in medical assisting is a plus!

Requirements

• Positive, outgoing and caring disposition
• Sales oriented personality
• Detail oriented and organized
• Desire to help others look and feel their best
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
• Strong phone and computer skills
• Possess basic math and cash handling experience
• Possess general knowledge of aesthetic services and modalities desired
• Have a strong customer service orientation
• Possess the ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) and in a courteous and professional manner on a regular basis with members, guests, co-workers and management.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
• Prior spa and retail sales experience is a plus
• Medical assisting background is a plus
• This is a FULL TIME position
