JOB DESCRIPTIONPOSITION: Member ConciergeFLSA: ExemptDEPARTMENT: MembershipREPORTS TO: Director of Membership SUMMARY: The Membership Office is responsible for generating membership sales and supporting a Member base of over 1,200 Member Families. Currently, there are over 11,000 Members, which requires a high level of customer service. . The Member Concierge is a newly created position designed to assist the Membership Office with Member relations, and following up with prospective Members. Periodically, the Member Concierge will be asked to sit in on prospective sales meetings. In addition, the Member Concierge will assist with marketing, Member events, and general administrative duties.This position requires a cheerful and attentive attitude, and an ability to perform under varying degrees of pressure. A knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is necessary. Command of the English language and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are required. Qualified candidates must possess efficient and clear telephone skills with Wintergreen Club Members. The Member Concierge must be able to maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a team environment. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:SPECIFIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Assist with scheduling prospective Member meetings for Membership Director
- Assist with Annual Member Billing
- Assist with coordination among all departments, including Wintergreen Real Estate
- Manage calls and inquiries from Members and prospective Members
- Manage Wintergreen Club hotline and Club Essentials, the Member secure website
- Actively support and participate in Club and Resort events and programs
- Maintain a high level of understanding of the Resort and the Club membership
- Follow protocol that's included in the Membership Operations Manual
- Maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary information regarding Members and non-Members
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Skill & Abilities in:
- Excel at customer service
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Ability to build and retain relationships
- Present a neat and positive image along with a professional appearance
- Possess problem solving skills
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education, Training and Experience Guidelines:High school diploma OR GED. LICENSEANDCERTIFICATIONREQUIREMENT(S):
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Required to sit and stand for extended periods, stoop, bend, reach, lift and walk. Repetitive typing requiring use of hands, wrists and fingers. Prolonged use of computer screen and telephone to complete tasks. Occasional lifting of objects of 20 pounds or more.
