Member Relations Associate - Alaant : Job Details

**Hours and Benefits for the** **Member Relations Associate:**

+ $52,000 to $54,000 a year

+ Additional $25/day income incentive

+ Monday- Friday on-site

+ 10:15am to 6:45pm

+ Fully Funded Medical Benefits through BCBS, Dental & Vision Insurance and up to 4% Employer 401(k) match

+ 19 PTO Days accrued in 1 st year, plus 11 paid holidays

**Responsibilities for the Member Relations Associate:**

+ Determine, analyze and solve problems related to financial products

+ Provide technical assistance within member portal

+ Escalating issues via tickets, when required

+ Process member transactions

+ Provide exceptional service and value to Members

**Requirements for the Member Relations Associate:**

+ Two-year degree or equivalent professional experience

+ Credit union, banking, financial institution and/or call center experience preferred

+ High attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook
