Member Service Advocate - INOVA Federal Credit Union : Job Details

An Advocate is responsible for:

* Building relationships with current and prospective members by identifying which products and services.

* Understanding relevant tax laws, financial products, personal financial planning considerations, debt management, asset and wealth-building, the use of technology to manage accounts and have a passion to serve and have empathy for others.

* Assisting members with transactions, problem-solving, advice, account and loan applications.

* Continuous communication with members through all delivery channels including face to face, text, email, and phone.
