Position: Member Service Representative

Location: Logan, UT (about 1.5 hours north of Salt Lake City)

Employment Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available

Compensation: $17.25 per hour

Full-Time Schedule:

+ Monday - Friday: 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM

+ Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (with a day off during the week when working Saturday)

Part-Time Schedule:

+ Monday - Friday: 12:30 PM - 6:00 PM

+ Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

+ Open new accounts and provide support with lending opportunities.

+ Educate members on credit union products and services to meet their financial needs.

+ Accurately process financial transactions, including money transfers and record maintenance.

+ Deliver exceptional member experiences with every interaction.

+ Build branch business through member referrals and community involvement.

Top Skills & Qualifications:

+ Must-Haves: Excellent customer service skills.

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Six months of experience working with the general public.

+ Preferred: 1-2 years of banking/financial experience or 6 months to 1 year of call center/customer service experience.

+ Nice-to-Haves: Experience with inbound calls.
