Responsibilities:

* Assist our members with inquiries and transactions in an accurate and courteous manner because we believe that good manners and good banking go hand in hand

* Provide a variety of transactions, from processing savings and share draft accounts to selling money orders and cashing checks

* Open new accounts and issue ATM cards and Visa Debit cards like a pro

* Help our members in case of unauthorized use of their ATM or Visa debit cards

* Keep everything in balance, from daily transactions to cash totals

* Be an effective communicator, both in writing and speaking. Your words have the power to make banking jargon sound like music to our members' ears

* Share your knowledge and cross-sell all our amazing credit union products and services. It's like being a matchmaker, but for financial solutions!

Education:

* High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

* Six months to one year of experience working in a financial institution or related field
