Member Service Representative - GECU : Job Details

We are looking to hire a full-time Member Service Representative (40 hours per week). Must be available until 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 6 p.m. Friday, and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. as well as two Saturdays/month (special weekend pay of $2.00 more/hour). Provides account information, opens new accounts, handles member's daily CU needs. Provides a variety of member savings, checking and credit account transactions, as well as customer services such as sales of money orders and traveler's checks. Performs clerical duties involving electronic funds transfers and ACH functions. Reconciles accounts in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. Teller and vault balancing, assists members with share certificates, debit cards, fraud disputes, IRAs, money market accounts and all other savings products and services.
