Member Service Representative - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client, a leading credit union, is seeking a Member Service Representative to join their team. As a Member Service Representative, you will be part of the Member Services department supporting members. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Member Service Representative

Location: Morrisville, NC

Pay Range: $15/hour

What's the Job?

• Process all requests from members including, but not limited to, transfers, loan payments, withdrawals, check requests, line of credit advances, and address changes.
• Communicate with members regarding transactions relating to their accounts
• Respond to members' concerns, problems, and complaints and/or directs them to the proper person for specific information and assistance. Assists members in reconciling their accounts.
• Provide in-person and by-telephone general and specific service-related information concerning services and policies.
• Cross-sell services by promoting and explaining programs to qualified members based on the member's current situation and individual needs.

What's Needed?

• High School degree required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of four years of work experience in an accounting/banking/credit union role, including data entry, customer service, and problem resolution. Previous cash-handling experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly (both written and orally), listen accurately, and establish personal rapport with people from a variety of backgrounds.
• Current and valid NC Driver's License
