Under the direction of the Administrative Services manager, ensures top-notch customer service levels in accordance to the values, mission and policies of the Camas Center. The incumbent will ensure participant/member satisfaction and retention through outstanding program delivery. They will endeavor to create an atmosphere that is friendly, courteous, accurate and highly efficient. The Member Service Representative is the initial and primary link between the public and the Camas Center. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet all Camas Center members and guests. Check each member's membership status and issue towels. Process and complete new Camas Center member enrollment. Manage all aspects of membership accounts including contracts, billing, and updating files. Exact data entry to ensure accurate demographic and sales reports. Accept and process cash transactions for all Camas Center programs and services.
