Member Service Representative – Full-TimeLocation: Lorenzo Office

South Plains Electric Cooperative is accepting applications for a full-time Member Service Representative in our Lorenzo Office. This position serves as the primary contact for members, handling service requests, disconnects/connects, billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and account maintenance. Providing exceptional customer service and problem resolution is essential.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
