Position Requirements:
Must have open availability for early morning and midday shifts
Fluent in English (bilingual in Vietnamese or Spanish is a bonus)
Proficient reading and writing skills
Computer Skills
Current CPR AED certification

Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
Set the tone for a stellar first impression by displaying a helpful and engaging Front Desk atmosphere
Check-in and greet all members & guests with a smile and friendly service
Facilitate guided tours and present amenity offerings to prospective members
Execute membership sales to meet established sales goals and commission percentages
Promote products, services, and special events on a consistent basis
Operate Point-of-Sale system and be proficient in onsite technology
Know club facility, services, and schedules
Maintain a clean and organized work area and fitness floor
Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures
Maintain a professional disposition at all times
