Membership Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist (Accounting & Finance - Full Time) - Sea Island Resort : Job Details

Prepares and mails/emails Sea Island and Ocean Forest club member statements monthly - Processes and properly records member initiation fees including completion of membership documents and input of related data into membership accounting system - Assists in the maintenance of membership accounts as it relates to billing - Promptly responds to member billing inquiries in a professional, courteous manner via telephone, email, and in person daily. Research and post adjustments and credits to member accounts as needed - Works harmoniously with multiple departments to assist with billing items, timely presentation of invoices, and related correspondence - Ensures proper processing of payments including research and resolution of credit card disputes - Learn the names of (and personally recognize) our club members and regular resort guests - Assists Accounts Receivable Manager in reviewing receivable ledger for delinquent accounts and processes past due reminder letters to facilitate collec...Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Billing, Membership, Specialist, Finance, Hotel
