Membership Consultant - Golds Gym DC Metro Area : Job Details

Major Responsibilities:•Generate sales through both Company and employee-sponsored outreach and promotions.•Maintain accurate records utilizing established Gold's Gym sales systems.•Follow up on all prospects and conduct gym tours to showcase available services.•Conduct telephone inquiries to address inquiries and promote membership options.•Thoroughly understand, adhere to, and enforce Company policies and procedures relevant to gym operations.•Assume responsibility for developing effective selling skills.•Drive sales and maintain proper expectations for Service Upsell, with specific targets for Studio/On-Demand 30 Day Trial and Personal Training attachments.•Collaborate with the Director of Marketing for participation in community eventsQualifications & Requirements:•Possess excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.•Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.•Learn and effectively use the Gold's Gym membership sales system.•Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.•Adequate hearing to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone.•Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.•Willingness and ability to travel to any club within our DMV territory.
