Membership ConsultantHealthcare Sales - Primary Care Clinic Enrollment Focus Location: Lakewood, CO - 80123Employment Type: Direct-Hire, PermanentSetting: Primary CarePay: $55,0000 Base + CommissionShift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm Qualifications:Required:- 3+ years of Outside Sales experience in Healthcare (B2B/B2C or Insurance; Medicare; no Inside Sales or Call Center).- 1+ years building Community Relationships with Seniors.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within territory.- High school diploma or GED.Preferred:- Experience with health plans, FMOs/benefits brokers, or healthcare providers.- Experience working with or selling to senior communities or medically underserved populations. Key Duties:- Manage the entire sales process for Primary Care Senior Center membership sign-ups.- Drive patient enrollment through outreach, community events, and partnerships with healthcare providers.- Promote the clinic's mission to seniors in community settings like senior centers and houses of worship.- Plan local marketing events to attract underserved and Medicare-eligible seniors to the clinic.- Collaborate with health plan agents to ensure patients are enrolled in appropriate health plans and assigned to the clinic's providers.- Guide patients through enrollment, ensuring they're assigned to the clinic as their primary care provider.- Help schedule first appointments and ensure necessary paperwork is completed.- Track and update sales progress using Salesforce CRM.- Spend most of your time in the field, engaging directly with patients.- Address common objections, such as “I already have a doctor.
