Membership Representative - Francos Athletic Club : Job Details

Job Description Franco 's is seekinga Membership Representative for our Mandeville Location. Membership Representatives are responsible for achieving or exceedingindividual sales goals. Representatives must display, have knowledge of andparticipate in all the club's services, programs, and products. MembershipRepresentatives must have the ability to build rapport and lastingrelationships with prospective and current members in order to build a strongreferral base and retain members. Responsibilities •Responsible for selling clubmemberships •Prospect new business and clients •Respond to telephone and e-mailmembership inquiries, booking and maintaining appointments for prospectivemembers to tour the club •Provide prospective members with anenthusiastic and informative tour •Empower and educate prospectivemembers on the benefits of health and wellness •Achieve or exceed individual salesgoals •Staff corporate health fairs, street fairs, expos, and outdoorevents to generate leads and follow up with prospects. •Build rapport and lastingrelationships with prospective and current members Qualifications •Previous sales experience preferred •An entrepreneurial spirit •Confidence to perform on anincentive based salary •Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills •Enthusiastic, energetic, personable,and friendly disposition •Personal passion for health andfitness •Enjoy working within a team •Strong time management skills andpractices •Willing and able to work evenings,weekends and holidays Compensation AndBenefits Base salary alongwith sales commission opportunities for: •New membership sales AdditionalInformation AS A MEMBER OF THE FRANCO 'S TEAM YOU WILLRECEIVE: •Complimentary Club membership •Perks and incentives with ourproducts and services including Personal Training, Pilates, Spa and Shop This jobdescription is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.It is not a complete statement of duties, responsibilities, or requirements.Other duties not listed here may be assigned as necessary to ensure the properoperations of the department.
