We are cross-trained to support the needs of the business and members.If this speaks to you, let's talk!Position OverviewOur fitness Membership Sales Associate is responsible for attainment of fitness center membership sales quotas in a manner that builds rapport and fosters new member retention. The position involves both inside and outside prospecting activities including, but not limited to:Self-generation of new membership leadsNetworking in the communityBooking and confirming appointments by phone or internetConducting center toursPresenting ratesAsking for the saleObtaining referralsBuilding trustHandling customer service concernsFollowing up with prospects that did not become a memberBeing a team player who works cooperatively with co-workers to achieve Center goals, deliver exemplary customer service, including assisting in cleaning and safety protocols.QualificationsRetail sales with a track record of achieving required goals. A Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing or the equivalent is desired but not required. Previous experience within the fitness, health and wellness industry is preferred.
