Addison Group is seeking a Membership Services Coordinator for our client, a prestigious cultural institution. This role is essential for driving membership engagement and providing top-notch administrative and customer support.

Job Description:

The Membership Services Coordinator will play a key role in managing and enhancing the membership program. This includes processing membership applications, maintaining accurate records, and handling inquiries. The coordinator will also work closely with various departments to plan and execute membership campaigns and events, ensuring a seamless experience for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process membership applications and payments
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of membership applications
  • Send welcome letters, invoices, and receipts
  • Develop and manage strategies for membership and volunteer programs
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on membership campaigns
  • Maintain and update membership database
  • Create engaging membership opportunities and benefits
  • Train staff on membership promotion techniques
  • Coordinate and manage membership events and promotions
  • Act as a liaison between the museum and the Women's Board
  • Oversee volunteer coordination related to membership
  • Provide membership trends and projections reports
  • Collaborate with museum leadership and staff to integrate membership into overall strategies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with computers
  • Experience in non-profit organizations
  • Previous membership management experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-energy situations effectively
  • Adaptability to new responsibilities

Additional Details:

  • 100% onsite, Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays for events (with a day off during the week)
  • Business casual dress code
