ITAC is seeking a Part-time Membership Services Coordinator to be the vital link between volunteers, members, and the public for our client. Compensation: $15-$20/hr What you'll be doing:
- Supervise and coordinate external vendors and resources.
- Ensure completion of volunteer tasks and projects, working with various committees.
- Maintain membership database and records.
- Assist with membership status changes and obligations data.
- Serve as primary liaison for new and existing members.
- Support leadership transitions and stay updated on policies.
- Manage facilities, keys, alarm codes, and office machinery.
- Perform light maintenance and contract services as needed.
- Perform routine tasks such as correspondence, filing, organizing meetings, and ordering supplies.
- Run errands and assist with Headquarters functions.
What you'll need to be considered:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong software skills (MS Office, Google Suite, Canva)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
- Service-oriented with effective communication skills
