PrideStaff is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative in Carlsbad, Ca. Great Opportunity!Position: Customer Service RepresentativePay Rate: $20.hr-$23/hrHours: Monday through FridayLocation: Carlsbad, CaCustomer Service Representative Responsibilities:? Greets and receives members in a welcoming manner and provides a positiveexperience. ? Answer phone calls coming in on the main line.? Provide first line lockbox and key support.? Assist new members with the application / signup process.? Process membership dues and payments.? Processes payments by totaling purchases and processing payments.? Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.? Giving customers advice about sales and promotions? Using upselling techniques to increase store sales.? Recommending the best products to customers.? Checks items received against shipping invoices to ensure the shipment is accurate.Customer Service Rep Qualifications: ? Associates degree and/or equivalent professional experience in a member driven environment preferred.? Minimum 1 years' experience in customer services and/or sales.? Ability to learn and utilize software specific to job responsibilities.? Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.?
