Men's Overnight Staff - Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge : Job Details

To provide supervision to clients that ensures their safety and well-being; to assist clients in making choices that are in their long term best interests. Essential duties and responsibilities:Client Supervision:Lead and supervise clients in the year long, faith based program on the residential housing floor, and during all duties and activities during the course of the work shift. Client Transportation:Maintain valid drivers license at all times for driving Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge vehicles. Transport clients to all program functions. Minimum Qualifications: Documented 1 year freedom from chemical use problems (including tobacco, drugs, alcohol). Strong ability to relate to and mentor people with life-controlling problems. Strong leadership skills (one on one and group situations). Ability to remain on task and follow through on multiple concurrent assignments with frequent interruptions.
