In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and provide individual, group, and family therapy, alongside short-term crisis intervention services. You'll develop individualized treatment plans and facilitate essential referrals, ensuring clients receive necessary case management support.Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with other agency staff to coordinate client care and actively participate in client staffing discussions. Additionally, you'll maintain accurate client records, prepare diagnostic reports, and identify community resources to enhance client linkages.
