Hours: PRN Weekend Day Shift (7a-7p)

We are looking for a dedicated PRN Mental Health Intake Coordinator!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health screenings for inpatient psychiatric admissions.
• Manage inquiries for potential admissions and provide general information.
• Gather necessary information to facilitate mental health admissions.
• Refer individuals who may not be appropriate for admission to appropriate resources.
• Complete service pre-authorizations.
• Welcome patients and assist with completing necessary paperwork upon their arrival.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• CPI/CPR certification required per policy; current licensure or certification by discipline preferred.

Experience:

• Preferred experience in mental health screenings or related mental health fields.
• Experience in crisis management or intake processes is a plus.
