*Job Summary:*Adapt of Illinois, a progressive social services agency, seeks a motivated mental health professional to work in a rehabilitative setting in Rockford, IL. This position involves providing recovery-based services to adults with chronic and severe mental illness.*Responsibilities:*· Advocating for the needs of an underserved population· Conducting individual and group services to assist clients in achieving recovery goals· Facilitating community placement and fulfilling other case management duties· Documenting all clinical services provided*Qualifications / Requirements:*· Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field (or 2 years' supervised experience in mental health setting required with non-related Bachelor's degree)· Strong computer, writing, and time management skills· Ability to work four 10-hour days per week including rotating weekends and holidays· An interest in working in a team environment where clinical skill development is valued· A strong desire to help individuals with mental illness recover lost skills and reduce stigma*Salary:*Starting hourly pay of $22.50 ($46,800) commensurate with experience*Benefits/Perks:*· $1000 sign-on bonus (to be paid upon completion of 30 days of employment)· $1000 retention bonus (to be paid upon successful completion of 6 months of employment)· 9 holidays are observed· Pro-rated paid time off starting at 3 weeks per year; increases with tenure· Employee assistance program that includes free counseling and life coach sessions· Employee discount program· Employee referral bonus· Company-sponsored trainings, including crisis prevention, CPR, First Aid· Four medical insurance plans to choose from through UnitedHealthcare· Dental and vision insurance (through Delta)· Health savings account (includes up to $750 Company matching contribution)· Flexible spending account· Employer-paid life insurance· Employer-paid long-term disability insurance· Financial, legal, and healthcare support (through New York Life)· 401(k) - traditional or Roth with up to 4% company match· Professional licensure reimbursement (if applicable)· Professional development stipend*We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
