Previous PCS/SFHS Direct Care experience, 2 yr or 4 yrdegree and/or EMT, TMA or CNA (NAR) certification also qualifies candidates forhigher starting wages and shift differentials. • Must be 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must meet company driving criteria and be able to pass a state background study
• Has a high school diplomaor equivalent. Holds an associate of artsdegree in one of the behavioral sciences or human services, or is a registerednurse without a bachelor's degree, or who within the last ten years has:
• Threeyears of personal life experience with serious and persistent mental illness OR
• Threeyears of life experience as a primary caregiver to an adult with serious mentalillness or traumatic brain injury, OR
