As a group, we strive to be experts in our field who combine the best proven practices with a deep commitment to understanding clients to help them achieve their goals. We believe that persons are more than just a sum of their experiences, more than whatever current crisis they find themselves in; that persons are physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. We address all aspects of who people are in the therapy process, welcoming people from all backgrounds. Our therapists are highly trained with a deep commitment to professional excellence, personal integrity, collegiality, and the integration of physical health and Christian faith with scientific research. We thrive on an ideal blend of autonomy and self-direction with mutual consultation and support from both colleagues and the practice owner, with decades of combined experience. We value continual growth both individually and as a group, applying the latest in neuroscience and mental health research. We strive to maintain the highest standards of professionalism in client care and ethical practice. Licensed or license-eligible Professional Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities: Informing prospective clients about pertinent financial and emotional commitments. Establishing a collaborative therapeutic alliance with new clients to gauge their difficulties and resources. Devising tailor-made, individualized treatment plans and adapting these, as needed. Promoting constructive self-reflection, helpful coping techniques, and nurturing relationships. Applying neuroscience, attachment, and trauma perspectives to the therapeutic process in understandable, practical steps for clients. Recording symptomology over time to ascertain the utility of interventions. Writing medical and suitable referral notes, as required. Staying warm, engaged, and receptive as you work to facilitate healing. Psychologists: conducting comprehensive psychological testing and psychoeducational evaluations. Licensed or license-eligible Professional Mental Health Therapist Requirements: Master's or doctoral degree in a counseling-related field. Proven experience as a licensed or license-eligible mental health therapist. Qualified and able to practice as a licensed or license-eligible professional counselor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Committed to delivering culturally congruent, faith integrated treatment. Strong, demonstrable community orientation. Empathic, sensitive, and driven to foster healing. Able to work both in person and remotely. Strong listening, observation, and communication skills. Highly analytical mindset. Empathy and sensitivity when working with patients. Expert diagnostic skills. Committed to developing expertise in the application of attachment research to the therapeutic process. We are searching for a licensed or license-eligible mental health therapist to lead with cutting edge, proven counseling and psychotherapeutic interventions. The licensed or license-eligible therapist should conduct intake assessments, perform comprehensive case conceptualization, gauge clients' treatment needs, and then devise contextually sensitive treatment options. As therapy unfolds, you should review the suggested length and type of interventions to boost clients' prospects of fully recovering their emotional and relational wellness. To ensure success as a licensed or license-eligible professional therapist, you should be able to take feedback in stride while maintaining honest and authentic dialogue with clients. A remarkable licensed professional mental health therapist will be well studied in attachment research, interpersonal neurobiology, and the impact of trauma.
