This flexible, part-time position can be built around your schedule!This role will serve the full lifespan in an outpatient clinic setting.Essential Functions include:Facilitate and co-facilitate individual, group, family, and crisis therapiesCompetencies and ability to provide empirically-supported psychotherapy to address a wide range of clinical and behavioral issuesProvide intakes, diagnostic evaluations, and updates to evaluationsDevelop and implement a treatment planComplete a Behavior Intervention/Crisis PlanComplete third party billing requirements such as obtaining prior authorizations and communicating with the billing office as necessaryCollaborate regularly with both staff and community partners including: schools, social services, court services, medical agencies, mental health providers, managed care organizations and the community at largeParticipate in the referral processMaintain necessary written records in accordance with NPMHC policies and procedures and other applicable regulationsProvide crisis intervention services as requestedQualifications include:Master's Degree in the Behavioral Sciences field (i.e. Clinical Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work)Independently licensed or license eligible.
