Position MEP Superintendent - On-Site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in construction involving large-scale building/infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Assistant MEP Superintendent or Inspector of large scale multi contract building projects.
• Well-developed communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills are required as well as a collaborative approach working with both client and construction contractors/subcontractors.
• Ability to develop and communicate a project work plan, monitor manpower and performance against that work plan, and be able to perform detailed comparison of the design drawings against each other to ensure coordination between each of the various project trades.
• Ability to read construction documents and utilize CM software.
• OSHA 30.

Pay Rate: $50.00-$65.00/Hourly Salary (This will vary depending upon years of experience and education. The top rate is for someone with 6+ years of experience.)
