Job DetailsQualifications:
- BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing MEP's on a commercial construction .
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team of professionals.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction quality control, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Professional certification in project management (PMP) or a related field would be an advantage.
