Merchandise Manager - BrickRed Systems : Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic Category Merchandising Manager to support the Product Management team in driving the creation and launch of sneaker products. This role requires someone with a passion for sneakers, market trends, and consumer insights. Candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and report to the Senior Product Manager to manage projects, product lifecycle, and seasonal line plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-author seasonal briefs and create line plans for new products and materials.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery.
• Track monthly product intake requests and lead weekly product meetings.
• Collaborate with design, development, marketing, and geo teams for product creation.
• Conduct consumer analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations.
• Handle sample management and range planning submissions.
• Provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in footwear product management/merchandising.
• Strong understanding of footwear design, development, and product lifecycle.
• Ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
• Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Passion for sneakers and sneaker culture; Portuguese language skills a bonus.
