Job Description

The Merchandise Marketing Team is requesting an eCommerce Specialist Contractor for the purposes of maintaining the Gift Shop Website through the back-end operations and servicing the order management and Customer Service functions of the business.

Required Education:

• High School Diploma

Preferred Education:

• Associate or bachelor's Degree

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Order Management

• Experience with eCommerce platforms and order management systems

• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems

• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Google Analytics

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Job Details:

• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product availability and order fill rate

• Identifying cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements

• Coordinating project workflows and ensuring timely project launches

• Processing sales orders and ensuring their accuracy

• Monitoring order status and ensuring timely delivery

• Coordinating with departments such as sales, logistics, and warehousing

• Using order management systems for tracking and managing orders

• Handling returns and exchanges and resolving related customer service issues

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to orders

• Communicating with customers regarding order status and resolving issues

• Maintaining updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers
