Location: Beaverton, OR

Pay rate: $35-$38/hr. DOE

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

We're looking for a Kids Site Experience Specialist who will be part of the fast-growing Digital business in North America, to help develop and execute the category strategy for Client Digital platforms. This role is focused on presenting and merchandising product to consumers on Client.com and within Client Apps The candidate needs to have a sharp attention to detail, interest in e-commerce business, curiosity for marketplace and product trends, ability to learn analytics/new reporting tools and strong communication skills.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be working with other Site Experience Specialists, Merchants, Planners, Brand partners and multiple other functions within the Client Direct ecosystem. The site experience role is a critical connection point across all areas of the Digital business.

Required Skills:

  • Top skills include strong communication skills; attention to detail; and the ability to navigate marketplace trends
  • Soft skills include being supportive, team-oriented, and collaborative
  • Stand-out skills would include the ability to analyze and storytell business data and insights; having previous Client experience within e-commerce; and having digital retail experience

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in digital commerce or retail
  • Team includes 16 people total - 4 managers and 12 specialists who report up into them
  • Emphasis on the importance of collaborating with multiple types of teams
