POSITION SUMMARYAs a Merchandise Warehouse Team Member, you'll help create memories worth repeating for our guests by keeping your location clean and stocked. You'll also play a key role in keeping the merchandise warehouse organized.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Operate assigned Merchandise locations in a safe, efficient manner in accordance with company policy and procedure.
  • Keep inventory of merchandise warehouse and maintain organization.
  • Enforce and adhere to all departmental, park, and safety policies and procedures.
  • Complete all applicable department paperwork accurately and thoroughly.
  • Perform in a manner compliant with company policies and procedures, including cash and credit card handling.
  • Complete PCI training
  • Maintain excellent Guest Service and ensure guest relation problems are handled appropriately including directing, answering questions and interacting positively.
  • Must be willing to work outside his or her zone of assignment to fulfill general park needs on occasion
  • Ensure compliance with all Herschend Family Entertainment and Wild Adventures policies and procedures
  • Represents the company to guests and other team members in a positive and friendly manner
  • Satisfies Wild Adventure's standards for performance and conduct. For example, reports to work regularly and on time
  • Create Memories Worth Repeating for our Guests by exceeding guest expectations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
