About the Job

A Cooper-Booth Merchandiser will visit our customers' locations and assist them by suggesting products, ensuring manufacturer's products are presented in the best way possible to maximize visibility and increase overall sales. CBW Merchandisers will be exceptional at building mutually beneficial relationships with store and field management and maintaining quality communications through developing and maintaining a mutual relationship of respect and trust.

This position will be responsible for customer locations in the northeast Maryland/New Jersey and DC area, but may require you to drive up to 2-3 hours away.

Schedule: Four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday

Compensation: $19.00/hour

Monthly Reimbursements: Mileage, car insurance, cell phone, depreciation, etc.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 21 years of age
• Possesses valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Safe and defensive driver with clean driving record
• Demonstrates excellent customer service
• Exhibits strong communication skills to customers and departments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starting with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Exhibits problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Computer-literate with the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet, and word processing programs, and email at a basic level

Responsibilities include:

• Follow store layout provided by supervisor to perform resets
• Follow planograms provided by supervisor
• Proudly represent the Cooper-Booth brand while building relationships with customers
• Take before and after pictures of the location
• Complete merchandising checklist
