Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser at MAS ACME USA in Asheboro, NC. The Merchandiser will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, retail, and marketing activities to drive product visibility and sales. Daily tasks include monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales data, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with the sales team to optimize merchandising efforts.

Qualifications

• Communication, Customer Service, and Sales skills
• Retail and Marketing skills
• Experience in merchandising or retail management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of fashion trends and consumer behavior
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
• 8+ years merchandising experience on the supplier or brand side.
• Proficient in Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience running assortment analytics with internal and external data sources and point-of-sale data.
• Understanding of Retail Math fundamentals.
• Comfortable presenting in various settings among both internal and external groups
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and evolving culture and entrepreneurial environment
• Experience informing and building new process roadmaps and driving alignment across multiple teams
• Broad range and ability to stretch across various roles as the business grows and scales
• Experience with packaging suppliers and packaging specifications.
