Salary Range
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 annually. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.

Reporting Structure
The Mens Merchandiser reports directly to the VP of Merchandising.
What Youll Be Responsible For:
- Partner with the VP of Merchandising to create and implement seasonal line plan by delivery and style/SKU to achieve business strategies
- Gather and analyze sell through hind sighting from global cross-functional partners
- Develop price tiers and pricing architecture to guide Design in furthering the mens line
- Partner with Design to build a balanced mens line based on empirical data and sales analyses, as well as trend and brand awareness
- Identify key items and growth opportunities by category and style
- Establish wholesale and retail price points based on margin targets and perceived price value
- Edit mens line with Design to build a balanced assortment covering global market needs and Designs vision
- Guide bulk buy process to communicate Designs vision and ensure it reflects business strategy and hits production timeline
- Communicate cross-functionally to bridge Design, Sales, Product Development and Production to ensure cohesive processes
- Shop the market to be aware of trends, competitive price positioning, and market share

Qualifications/Experience Were Looking For:
- Must have a Bachelors Degree
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant mens merchandising experience
- Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Must have strong business acumen with ability to think strategically
- Must have exceptional analytical skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented
- Must have proven ability to work with a cross-functional team
- Strong knowledge of trends and competitive market are essential to success in this position
