Ensure all Swire Coca-Cola's customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards and expectations. Guarantee customer satisfaction in maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability throughout the store. Develop and preserve internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca-Cola.Job Details:Schedule: 5:00am - Until finish, 5x8's, Weekends Required, OT as neededPay: $18.70 - $24.05Responsibilities:Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumersRestock coolers, displays, racks and shelves daily with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchasesRotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking systemBuild displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store managementUtilize technology and applications throughout the dayMaintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible mannerPrepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores dailyAttend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and eventsRequirements:Must be at least 18 years of ageValid driver's license required; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirementsAbility to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safelyAbility to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needsWhy Join Our Team?Mileage ReimbursementLocal routes - Allowing you to stay close to home and represent an international brand in your communityApply Now and Share a Coke with Swire!Base pay range is $18.70 to $24.05 plus bonus structure (dependent on role).
