Currently, they are looking to add aMerchandising Assistantto their team.Salary/Hourly Rate:$30/hrPosition Overview:The Merchandising Assistant will play a key role in supporting the merchandising operations team by managing product assortments, pricing strategies, and inventory planning. This Merchandising Assistant position requires experience outside of traditional retail, with a focus on operational efficiency, data management, and a strong understanding of supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Responsibilities of the Merchandising Assistant:Assist in the selection and analysis of product assortments.Collaborate with suppliers to track inventory levels and delivery schedules.Maintain up-to-date merchandising reports, sales data, and inventory tracking systems.Analyze competitor pricing and product strategies to inform business decisions.Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams on new product launches and promotions.Manage the product catalog, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.Support the development and execution of merchandising plans to optimize product performance.Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues related to product quality, availability, or delivery.Qualifications for the Merchandising Assistant:1 - 2 years of experience in merchandising operations, specifically in beauty and/or retail industry.Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel or similar data management tools.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Knowledge of supply chain processes and merchandising best practices.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree is required.Benefits:Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off).
