What You'll Do: As a Merchandising Associate, you will be instrumental in architecting and curating a cohesive product line that aligns with our brand vision and meets market demands. Your responsibilities will span product development, data analysis, and systems management to ensure that our offerings not only captivate customers but also drive profitability. Key responsibilities include: *Product Line Architecture: Lead the development of seasonal apparel collections, meticulously designing product lines that resonate with our target audience. Your expertise in trend analysis and market research will guide the selection of styles, colors, and complementary pieces, ensuring a cohesive and compelling fashion story. *Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to generate insights that inform merchandising strategies. Utilize data analytics to optimize product assortments and pricing strategies, enhancing overall profitability and customer engagement. *Collaborative Development: Partner with design and buying teams to refine product concepts and specifications. Your collaborative approach will ensure that all elements of the product line-from design to final execution-are aligned with our strategic goals. *Systems Management: Oversee the integrity of product data across various systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Generate insightful reports that provide a comprehensive view of business performance, informing future merchandising initiatives. *Creative Content Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging content that showcases our apparel collections. From compelling product descriptions to striking product photography, you'll help bring our products to life across catalog and e-commerce platforms. This position will require an onsite presence Monday thru Friday at our office in Monroe, WI

Qualifications

We're looking for a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective partnerships with cross-functional teams. Required qualifications include: *Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Consumer Science, Merchandising, or a related field. *3+ years of experience in merchandising or product development, with a proven track record in architecting product lines and managing data. *Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. *Proficiency in merchandising software and experience with internal systems. *Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. *A passion for fashion and a keen eye for emerging trends and market dynamics.
