#xa 0;The employee spends up to 8 hours driving (driving routes) and walks an average of 5-8 miles with the potential of up to 12 miles (walking routes). Transfer to/from vehicle to perform work between 12 and 60 times. Obtains and records accurate water usage and other data from customer meters using a variety of means including manual visual readings and electronic digital devices in accordance with established routing patterns and timelines. Clearly communicates issues with customers and to supervisor or other departments to ensure appropriate follow-up. Performs Customer Service Person (Field) functions as directed by management.
