The Quality Engineering Mfg.Quality Sr.Engineer is responsible for technical and project leadership within the QE organization. This engineer should oversee the team's technical workload, advise/mentor junior engineers, and ensure that the team is progressing appropriately in project work. They will also serve as a technical expert when needed.The Quality Engineering Mfg.Quality Sr.Engineer is responsible for technical and project leadership within the QE organization. • Lead Mass Production and New Model investigations related to Spec and Testing
• Serve as QE-PL for complex projects
• Participate in department initiatives such as budgeting, business plan, cost improvement, new model activity, to gain or share knowledge, promote continuous
• improvement, and foster engagement for the department
• Oversee daily group activity by managing day to day operations and schedules
• Serve as a technical expert in area of responsibility, sharing knowledge formally and informally with others
• Confirm test results before seeking management approval

Minimum Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum Experience

• 5 plus years verifiable engineering or testing experience
• 2 plus years verifiable project leadership experience
