Overview:
Appliance Installation ManagerMonday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm
As a CSCInstallManageryou will require a passion for team development, leadership and customer service. You will be responsible for your teams' developmental training, maintaining equipment, teams' superb customer service, scheduling deliveries and assist your team in Laundry Unit installs when needed. In addition, contributing to the delivery of optimal service by working hand-in-hand with our Talent Advisors for any positions under you as they come available. You will be provided a company vehicle&gas card, as you will be onsite Daily when staff arrives Monday - Friday.
- Supervising and providing assistance in unloading delivery trucks, moving laundry appliances, removal of packaging materials, appliance installation
- Complete customer commitments by managing team schedules for on-time service&responding promptly/compassionately to customer complaints
- Establishing a consistent team of top tier talent, managing/training staff with client-focused service, initiating long/short term goals for your team and individually
- Managing and reporting on budgets, keeping our warehouse stocked, and maintaining warehouse equipment with excellence and dependability.
- At times, working hands-on in the field assisting and training your team, which may include maintenance, repairs, installations, and customer service.
- Training your team to keep safety top of mind so we can stay injury free and compliant with government regulations and company safety policies.
- Supporting growth and development within your team through mentorship, training, and exposure to other services and business functions.
- Occasionally assisting in the interviewing process of new talent, their onboarding&training
- Other duties as assigned by Branch Manager

- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Previous Team Development Experience
- Previous Leadership/Management Role
- Customer Service Oriented Strongly Preferred
- Microsoft Excel (Reporting) Experience
- Warehouse Experience
- Inventory Control
- Logistics Knowledge
- Appliance Repair/Installations Background Highly Sought after
- Lean Six Sigma a plus!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that put people at ease and elicit action.
